Dear all,

We are currently investigating ways to set up an e-alert for AKI at our trust.  At present our LIMS system will not support this function so we are considering the use of Sunquest ICE for this purpose.

The current issue we have is the identification of the 'baseline' creatinine result, ideally this would fit the criteria of the ACB recommendations (lowest result within 7 days or median result within 365 days).  However, we can only enable the rule to use the previous result.

Any help, thoughts, general IT wisdom on this matter would be greatly appreciated.  If anyone is currently using Sunquest ICE for this or a similar purpose it would be very useful to discuss this with you.

Many Thanks

Rebecca
