Subject: CK

In the absence of anything of any substance on the internet, can I ask the collective:

1)    At what point do you report grossly elevated CK activities as > a certain figure (if any)?

2)    What matrix do you use for offline dilution? Saline? Pooled serum?

3)    Do you include any comment as to the (in)accuracy of any grossly elevated result?

Any information collated and shared.

Regards,

Steve
