Dear Paul, the UCL has some Matlab (?) code which uses SPM's unified segmentation as an input and allows for voxel-based cortical thickness (VBCT). As far as I know they are not public, but maybe a toolbox is in progress/can be obtained from the authors? The methods are discribed in Hutton et al. (2008, Neuroimage, Voxel-based cortical thickness measurements in MRI) and Hutton et al. (2009, Neuroimage, A comparison between voxel-based cortical thickness and voxel-based morphometry in normal aging). Best, Helmut
