Hi Cedric,

Thanks and I think the error is gone now. Can I ask a question. After
selecting the SPM mat file, there is another window that asked for
selecting an labelised atlas. I selected the atlas provided with aal. Is
this correct?

Is there any other atlas ( for example Broadman areas ) that I can selcet
instead of the atlas they provided ?

Thanks

Aser
