The FIVE viewer works on Windows and give you the label at your cursor position. http://nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/harvardagingbrain/People/AaronSchultz/FIVE.html

Hi,

With BrainMagix SPM Viewer, you can fuse your blobs with an atlas and get the label when you click on a activated pixel.
Demo and download:

Good luck!

Objet : [SPM] automated Anatomy labeling software

He all,

I am sure that I will find an answer here. I am looking for an anatomical software that can label the resulted coordinates produced in SPM table. I could extract these coordinates to excel or mat file. I need now just to insert them in an anatomical labeling software.

Thanks

Aser
