I am working on ERP data. Currently I am using 3D source reconstruction module. I have faced some problem with constructing of head model when I am using individual's MRI images. At the coregistration step there is a mismatch between head model result (top plot) and sensor labels in topography array (bottom plot).

At the top plot, the sensors are on the scalp surface truly but at the bottom the labels look at wrong positions (The result has been attached).

I would appreciate any help.
