Dear SPMers,

 

I have an EEG dataset including about 100 subjects (patients, relatives and controls), but the data was only collected using 17 EEG channels. Furthermore, there are no occipital electrodes. Is it possible to consider a DCM analysis on this dataset, or are there too few channels that are not covering the entire scalp?

 

Any advice would be much appreciated!
