we are working with resting sate analysis of fmri.
we manually reoriented the image inorder to remove gross movement made by subject, then we did preprocessing steps as sown in order
slice timing
realign
coregistration
segment
normalisation
smooth
we ensured that the resulting images after each step were properly aligned using check reg option.But as we progressed, after the segmentation step, the resulting images of normalisation and smoothing were tilted. can anyone please do let us know whats happening in normalisation step and the rectification step.
