Hi all, Does anyone know of a good extension for SPM8 to make movies of time-series functional data? Ideally I'd like to be able to specify both an anatomical volume and a functional dataset, with a threshold set for the functional volume so only highly active regions light up at times where they are active. However I'd settle for a tool that simply made a movie of the functional data. It seems as though AnalyzeMovie (provided on the SPM site) might have been useful however it looks to have been designed for SPM99... Thanks in advance! Cheers, Jason
