Not sure if AIIM would be very happy about
that you might get AIIM members attending your AIM meeting
On a similar vein I once had a team
of "File Busters" [a name imposed on me]. The esteemed Alison
North F.I.R.M.S. [ doyenne and founder member of the RMS/IRMS] very kindly
agreed that I could share the name of one of her companies for the duration
of the project.
Sorry I have had a sudden thought is

Ours are called Area Information Managers.
This abbreviates nicely to AIMs, which means that we can talk casually
about our AIMs network, regular AIMs meetings, the AIMs role profile etc.
Though I’m not sure what we would do if
I was asked to draw up a set of AIMs Objectives.

Hi All
What do you call the local liaison
within your organisations departments that liaises with you on records
management and eDRM issues?
I have heard numerous things
‘records assistant’, ‘departmental records manager’ and my personal
favourite (and most grandiose) ‘configuration librarians’.
Best wishes
Craig Alexander Moore
