Hello! I am a PhD student studying what people understand about geology, at Plymouth University. I am particularly interested in how improving our understanding of what people think about geology could affect communication, from both education and industry perspectives. As an initial stage of my research I have designed a quick (literally 2mins!) survey asking what five words you associate with 'geology'. I would really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes out to fill the survey in as, the more data, the better! Also if you want you can forward it on to anyone who you think might be interested in helping out, I'm trying to include as broad a spectrum of people as possible.
