Dear All,

A reminder that the 4th Durham “Risk and Reliability Modelling of Energy Systems” day will take place on Wednesday 13 November, at Durham University.

There will be key-note lectures by Dr David Brayshaw (Reading) on meteorology and power systems, and by Prof Guy Nason (Bristol) on time series analysis, with further oral and poster presentations by participants. We particularly encourage PhD students, other early-career researchers and people from non-academic organisations to participate.

The deadline for abstracts is Friday 20 September. As in 2012, the IEEE Power and Energy Society UK and Republic of Ireland chapter is sponsoring a student presentation prize.
