Definitions are in process.
Higher Education Wales (the Welsh branch of UniversitesUK) have agreed to a common statement of principles which was signed by the last of the VCs yesterday. It should appear on their website
shortly.
At this stage it is headline definitions, but may be of use to your colleague.
