I attended a study day today on spirometry and it appear under the Asbestos Regulations there is a requirement to ask all those associated with possible asbestos exposure , for example, trades such as construction workers , electricians plumbers if the have ever been exposed to asbestos and if they answer yes, document where and when...
so this might be something to add to your spirometry questionnaire even if asbestos exposure is not part of the current hazard.
