Or are there just mutterings about it? Management may ask you to assess his requirement, it may be as has been said , he has a family member who has mobility problems, but then he should not be using it (for parking in disabled spaces etc) when he is not driving them. If he does not have mobility problems give them the opinion/advice that he could walk from main car park /park on the road and let them sort out his parking /misuse of the badge. I have been through numerous reviews of allocated parking spaces , sometimes coming to the conclusion that actually walking for 5 minute to and from the car would be beneficial (diabetes, some respiratory conditions, muscular back ache, heart attack many years ago etc) Sometimes I am not very popular. Perhaps take the view that walking for 5 minutes would be a good warm up for the scaffolding work?
