https://bazqux.com/ BazQux isn't bad, integrates with delicious so you can start messing and creating your own feeds from that to target things a bit better at specific end users.  Downside is that it is a pay for product but isn't expensive. You can choose any price from $9 to $29 annually.

Hi Shelley,

Netvibes is a good platform for RSS feeds. The only issue is there are problems viewing it in IE (works best with Chrome) - so that would be a big drawback for you.

The other two I've heard good things about are: Feedly and Digg Reader. Both are free. I've not used them personally but heard some very positive things. Might be worth a look?
