Hi Ruth,

 

I can get to it in Firefox but first get a security warning screen about Java (see screenshot below):

 

So I think Ian is probably right when he suggests an issue with Java.

             It has just worked for me on Firefox and IE. I'd guess at a java issue (here be dragons...)?
