The Board welcomes applications involving any areas of methodological, theoretical and empirical expertise, though candidates with expertise in the following areas are particularly needed: * Emotional Labour * Immigration and Migration * Quantitative Analysis (particularly in reference to European Data Sets) * Race and Ethnicity * Trade Unions * Work Life Balance WES seeks academics based in the UK, but welcomes members from diverse backgrounds - both cultural and academic - to contribute to the diversity of research published by the journal.
