Hello Gem-land Does anyone have any data which shows the up take of resources developed to support self guided visits made by visitors with additional needs (particularly blind and partially sighted visitors or deaf visitors)? I'm thinking braille guides, tactile resources, specially developed audio-guides/visual-guides etc. Do you know percentage this represents of your overall visitor numbers? Since providing these resources has your visitor profile changed to show a greater number of visitors with a disability?
