HI - have you installed the latest FSL patch release?
Cheers.

Dear experts,

I still struggle with this strange problem.
I tried running Melodic from the command line and found out that it
fails while creating the reports for each IC.
This is what I've found out so far:

- The script stops with the error message: "Segmentation fault: 11"
- The last generated file is "t1.png". This file is empty.

I check all input fmri data using fslinfo. They have the same
dimension sizes. The registration summary looks fine.
Any ideas?

All the best,
Anders

Dear all,

I just ran Melodic using temporal concatenation and automatic
dimensionality estimation on a group of 84 subjects.
This procedure usually produces an output of 50+ ICs but in this case
there was only one. I could not see any error messages in the log.
What could be going wrong?

All the best,
Anders
