Hello FSL experts, I have a few questions relating to the FSL_motion_outliers tool. Based on the metric values generated with the -s option, are these values relative to the run specific interquartile range (IQR), and/or is there an iterative function that can account for the disturbances in the data set as a whole caused by potential motion outliers? Any clarification on this process would be greatly appreciated. Secondly, if a reference value (of some sort) is generated per. run, is there a way to extract that given value?
