Hi,

I just would like to support Yaroslav's intitiative.
The current anatomical atlases are useful, but I think having an additional atlas that displays posterior probabilities (or z-values thereof) that a cognitive process was active given the activation in a voxel* would be a great addition to the fMRI analysis workflow in FSL.

Cheers - Guido

* this is a crass oversimplification. actually, the probabilities are over terms (like emotion, reward, attention) that appeared in papers. neurosynth calculates the probability of a term given activation, p(t,a) from p(a,t), whereby p(a,t) is calculated from terms and activation loci automatically extracted from 5000+ papers. details here: http://neurosynth.org/
