Hi Matt, thank you for the clarification. If I didn't collect a field map or have reversed encoding directions then eddy/eddy_correct would be the only tool I could use to help correct for distortions, even though eddy and topup correct for different types of distortions, right? I just want to make sure I'm proceeding in the best manner for how my data was collected.
