Hi, Well thanks for letting me know about the bug. I deciphered the commands that the featregapply script calls, except for: fslmaths reg/standard/filtered_func_data -Tstd -bin reg/standard mask -odt char Is this somehow taking the standard deviation of the filtered_func_data and doing what exactly with it?
