Hi,
thanks Jeanette for your replay.
The fslnvols command confirmed that there are 64 3D images in my 4D file, exactly as it should.
Best regards,
Antonietta

If you run fslnvols on the 4D image that failed, how many volumes does it say are in that image?
Thanks,Jeanette

Dear FSL users,
I have been experiencing the following error message:
An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: index error: requested indices = 1, 1
MatrixType = Rect # Rows = 0; # Cols = 1
while running the randomise command (randomise -i input -o output -1 -T -n 5000) for some of my 4D images (but not all). The error is persistent in some cases and it seams not be affected by the specific FSL version I am running ( I have tried with fsl-4.1.2, fsl-4.1.4, and fsl-5.0.2.2) or by the amount of virtual memory allocated.
Does any of you have an idea on what is going on?
Best Regards,
Antonietta
