Dear experts,

I am new to FSL and I am about to do a MELODIC ICA analysis for the first
time.

The data that I want to analyze in MELODIC has already been preprocessed
and analyzed in FEAT, FILM and FLAME , and registered with FLIRT (by one of
my colleagues)

The study includes one group of 22 subjects and the experiment has four
conditions (stroop test) with
28 seconds of task and 9 seconds of rest in each condition .

Question #1:
Which of the two group ICA options is recommended, multisession Tensor ICA
or multisession concat-ICA?

Question #2:
What will the 4D input files be for the MELODIC analysis?
The same files that goes into FEAT (raw functional data) or the output
files from FEAT ? I guess it is not nescessary to do all the preprocessing
twice?

Many thanks in advance!
Kind regards Cristian Paz
