I think the most interesting one is a documentary called El otro lado...un acercamiento a Lavapiés ( The other side...an approach to Lavapiés) by Egyptian filmmaker Basel Ramsis. It reveals the Jewish history in Spain, particularly the Jewish origins of this area of Madrid called Lavapiés, which also has become a melting pot receiving immigrants from all around the world. Probably the documentary Extranjeras, (Foreigners) by Helena Taberna could also be of interest for you since it represents various Muslim women and there are some references to the Jewish heritage in Spain. Good luck!
