Hi Martin We've had problems like this before and sometimes it's due to the wrong version of Adobe Flash - it needs 'Adobe Flash Player 10 (*) (*) This needs to be the ActiveX version of flash i.e. it needs to have been installed from Internet Explorer'. We've also had issues that couldn't be traced back to Adobe - we reported back to CG on a case by case basis (sometimes very tortuous) and CG advised that they would disregard those questions/parts of the questions in the overall result.
