Good Morning All

I normally just sit and enjoy the e-mails but I had to respond to this one.

I've also had this problem on several occasions and I just go in and update
the student myself via the Walled Garden. It's by far the least stressful
option.

However an even bigger problem that has occurred, not lately thank
goodness, but on at least 10 occasions is following a registration
transmission I find that the wrong candidate has been registered, usually
someone with a very similar name and date of birth.

Then I have to contact C&G to cancel the registration and ask for the
correct candidate to be registered.

Depending on who deals with my request at Centre Support depends on how
this is resolved.

Mostly I have to send numerous e-mails, often repeating myself to get the
right candidate registered and a credit note for the wrong one. Not good
customer service seeing it was them what made the mistake in the first
place!

Rant over....have a good day on Planet Exams.

Cheers!

Sue
