Hi Sally We do the same as Julie with a database of students who are flagged as requiring arrangements on enrolment and then this is updated following assessments with our Learning & Support Team and then I have the evidence in hard copy in my files. The database has the learners listed alphabetically and then each row has all the cells to indicate reader, extra time etc.. we also try and keep track of the letters/emails we send to learners confirming their arrangements. The database is looked at/maintained by the Exams team. Any ideas would be gratefully received so that we can try and use the systems to help us streamline our processes.
