Hi Sue We use EBS4 and compile our BTEC registrations through our enrolments. We download the BTEC basedata and import into EBS. We link examination data to courses (using learning aim information) and we can then automatically create registration lists by course. These are sent to faculties for checking and once completed an EDI entry file is produced and sent via A2C (same as GCSE and A-Level). I will then request a file containing the reg numbers and upload these directly into EBS. Hope this helps.
