We had this problem also this is what was advised by city and guilds and they unlocked us

If anyone reports that they are having issues accessing Walled Garden they need to:

E: [log in to unmask]

Quote their user number and advise that they need to have their account “unlocked”

I had this problem once and it was the result of CG having deleted mine and other user accounts at our centre.  They then said it’d take 5 working days to fix but I advised them that they had a duty to sort it sooner since it was their error!

Is anybody else having problems with the Catalogue page on the Walled Garden?

I have tried to use it but keep getting a log in page for City & Guilds Internet Sales. City & Guilds seem surprised and have promised to look into it for me, but as its effecting everybody else in the College I would be surprised if no other centre is having the same problem.
