Not in stock on Amazon. Their charge to Norway is £30.92 + postage £8.48. Since Norway is not EU we are charged as ‘Rest of world’ which is a liberty since postage to Norway from the UK is the same as EU.

The Bookdepository.co.uk has the book in stock – price £28.97 post free to all European countries (and others!). Students may well appreciate the saving!
