2. The Quebec government is debating the euthanasia bill (Bill 52), this fall and it announced that it will have hearings. I published the following article: Euthanasia is out-of-control in Belgium: Quebec's euthanasia bill (Bill 52) is based on the Belgian law<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/09/euthanasia-is-out-of-control-in-belgium.html>.

4. A recent study found that requests for euthanasia in Belgium are only refused 5% of the time<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/08/requests-for-euthanasia-in-belgium-are.html>.

5. Amy Hasbrouck wrote a review of the Stratford Festival play - The Thrill<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/08/the-thrill-review-of-stratford-festival.html>.

6. Julie Grimstad wrote an excellent article: POLST: What is it and why should you oppose it<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/09/polst-what-is-it-and-why-should-you.html>.

7. EPC is asking people to sign the Declaration of Hope <http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/01/declaration-of-hope.html> in response to the Quebec euthanasia bill.

EPC is working to defeat Bill 52 in Quebec, respond to the Rasouli<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2012/12/rasouli-case-strange-case-to-prove-point.html> and Carter <http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2012/06/responding-to-disturbing-decision-by.html> cases, prepare for the launch of EPC-Europe in November and respond to the spoon feeding case<http://alexschadenberg.blogspot.ca/2013/08/british-columbia-court-to-hear-spoon.html> in British Columbia.

EPC requires your financial support<http://www.epcc.ca/contact-us/donate/>. We still have $20,000 to pay on the bill for the Carter case that was heard by the BC Court of Appeal. The Carter case seeks to decriminalize euthanasia and assisted suicide in Canada.

EPC has just surpassed 6000 "likes" on facebook.
EPC can be followed on Twitter<https://twitter.com/EuthanasiaPC>, on Facebook<https://www.facebook.com/pages/Euthanasia-Prevention-Coalition/138827297524>, and we started a YouTube channel<http://www.youtube.com/user/EPCInternational>.

Thank you for your support
