Anatolian Studies is the flagship journal of the British Institute at 
Ankara (BIAA) and publishes work sponsored by the Institute as well as 
peer-reviewed articles focused on Turkey and the Black Sea littoral in a 
variety of academic disciplines. We are pleased to offer free access to
