I did the analysis of my data in this way:
1) slice timing correction
2) re-orient data to have their origin axis in the AC
3) realigned them
I was confused whether I should do step 2 before 1 or keep it as this. So I selected to do it like this.
Would you think it makes a huge different if I reoriented the data and then using the slice time step them?
