I am new to the GLM_Flex toolbox, and am currently wondering how the variation in the degrees of freedom from voxel to voxel is implemented in GLM flex. The correct statistical approach would be to have different critical t for each voxel if the number of data points varies from voxel to voxel. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
