Hi SPM Users,

I am using marsbar toolbox to convert my ROI (nifti image) into .MAT format. 

So I open marsbar go to ROI definition and I select Build option, Then:

Mamintain as binary image: NO

Apply function to image: NO

Description of ROI: I give some name

Label for ROI: I give the same name 

Then I save it as MAT format.

I would like to write a MATALB script for this instead of doing it manually for each ROI.

Does anybody has a script for that?
