Dear Dr. Ashburner, SPMers, In the segmentation routine, for the affine regularisation more template options are provided (ICBM space templates- Europeans, Asians and average sized template, or no affine registration and no regularisation). Could you please give some advice/ details about using the 'averaged sized template' during the pre-processing of EPI images? If or when to use this option? How is this template generated?
