If you contact them via rcn direct they send you a standard letter that confirms your indemnity. I asked for a copy of the insurance document as I needed cover for 10m on one contract and to get additional insurance they wanted to see the policy document but despite numerous emails,conversations etc I could not physically get a copy but most places a copy of the letter suffices
