Good Afternoon,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I am working with our Renal Team who are producing an "out of hour" Peritoneal Dialysis tool for general renal staff to use on a busy acute renal ward. Do any of you work with renal teams? Do they use a similar tool and is it evidence-based?. The tool would be used to answer telephone enquiries for PD patients have problems/ complications.
Hope someone can help.

Many thanks
Catrhyn
