Hello - if you are using FSL for the first time and learning from the course practicals, I recommend starting from the first one (intro) to find out such initial things.
Regards, Steve.

DEar Prof,

I have read up on BET from this link: http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/intro/index.html#bet

It says to run BET on the FSL BET. How do I open the FSL GUI? Tqvm.

To convert DICOM to NIfTI, I use dcm2nii.

Subject: Re: [FSL] Fwd: How To Write Command To Store Data

Hi,

Where can I find the fslmaths command? I want to run BET on MRI DICOM files. I will need to convert the DICOM files to NIFTII files in order to run it on FSL, is that correct? Now my first step is to create a file in order to store input and output data which has to be loaded and obtained from the BET kit as told by my supervisor. I would like to know how do I go about creating a file for both input and output data which will be run on the BET kit?

Tqvm.
