Would be correct to calculate the mean of these data?

And regarding the file filtered_func_data.nii.gz...which one I should use? The one outside the reg_standard folder or the one inside this folder...and why?

Many thanks and sorry for this second email.
Kind regards,
Rosalia.

Dear FSL experts,

I am calculating time-series from rois in native space with the following command: fslmeants -i filtered_fun_data.nii.gz -c 35 47 21 (these coordinates are in native space)

And the results are:

I am sorry but I do not know what to do with such quantity of data.

By the other hand, ICA generated two files with the same name "filtered_func_data.nii.gz. You can acces to on of them directly, but the other one is in the reg_standard folder. I do not know which of them I should use. They have different size...so I guess they are not the same files. Thinking about I wanted native maps of every subject, I chose the one which is outside the reg_standard folder. Anyway, the two files give me this enormous quantity of data and I do not really know how to manage it and how to introduce to it to my database, taking into account that these time-series belongs to only one roi in native space.

Any helping with this would be greatly appreciate.
Thank you for your time.
Yours sincerely,
Rosalia.
