Dear FSL Masters, I have a problem with certain ASL files with the pre-stats part. The error i get is the following: Prestats /katerinaxekardaki/fsl/bin/fslmaths /Users/katerinaxekardaki/Desktop/ANALYSIS-DECLINE-MCI/Analysis/MELODIC/SCON0062-ASL prefiltered_func_data -odt float Total original volumes = 105 Error - prefiltered_func_data has a different number of time points to that in FEAT setup Do u know what i could be doing wrong?
