Dear FSL users,

When I used the cluster commands to get the statistics for my RD and AD
data, I got the following text files (attached ones)

[fsl@fslvm6 stats]$ cluster -i tbss_AD_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -t 0.95
--scalarname="1-p" > cluster_AD_corrp_tstat1.txt
[fsl@fslvm6 stats]$ cluster -i tbss_RD_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -t 0.95
--scalarname="1-p" > cluster_RD_corrp_tstat1.txt

How do I interpret these results for the difference between the control vs
the patients. I'd really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance,
Supreet.
