How about:

1. Mathematica Link for Excel 3.5
2. R-(D)-COM for R to Excel
3. R2WinBUGS for WinBUGS to R

Awful mess but maybe it will work? I've never tried it though...

Hello,

I would like to use Mathematica to pass parameters and models to WinBUGS and have WinBUGS results returned to Mathematica for post-processing.  I know there are packages like R2WinBUGS for R and something similar for MatLab.  Mathematica's RLink functionality is pretty flakey and doesn't seem to like accessing WinBugs through R from Mathematica's RLink.  Maybe too many levels of indirection.  Or, does anyone know of a native Mathematica implementation of WinBugs functionality.  The bottom line is that I would prefer to not invest the time in learning say R to do what I want.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
