EDC SYSTEM STUDY SET-UP SPECIALIST

EDC system study set-up specialist

Contract/permanent

Salary: competitive

Belgium

 

 

In this position, you will be involved in the configuration, development and maintenance of web based

EDC system (Electronic Data Capture system) offered to our clients in the clinical field.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·         Implement the EDC specifications and design with the help of the data manager the Care Report

·         Forms used to collect data

·         Program the edit checks and dynamic actions in the EDC system

·         Create Reports and Listings

·         Maintain and improve these systems according to sponsor requests

·         Production and maintenance of study related key documentation according to standard operating procedures

·         Participate in the second line user help desk

·         Become the system expert within the team gathering all information and developing/maintaining standards

 

Profile:

 

·         Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in science

·         Strong computer interest and eager to learn new technologies

·         Knowledge of XML/XSLT & SQL Server are a strong asset

·         Ability to communicate and work in English

·         Interest in Life Science is a plus

·         Experience in EDC systems set-up is required

·         SAS language knowledge is beneficial to the position

·         Excellent organizational & communication skills

·         Team Player
