The University of Greenwich is recruiting a maternity cover for the Equality and Diversity Champion role on a 0.5 basis. Please circulate to anyone you think may be interested.

 

EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY CHAMPION 0.5 (MATERNITY COVER)

(REF: 409) Avery Hill Campus

 

We are looking to appoint a part time Equality and Diversity Champion to cover the current post holder’s maternity leave. If successful you will help progress the university’s equality and diversity agenda for both staff and students. You will provide an expert point of advice and support to academic and professional services across the university, supporting and implementing initiatives, delivering training and ensuring that the university meets its legislative requirements under the Equality Act 2010. A proactive and collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be educated up to degree level and have demonstrable relevant experiences in the equalities field, ideally gained within Higher Education.

 

This post is fixed term for six months.

 

Salary Scale: Pro rata to £34746 - £39566 inclusive
