Exciting role leading on student participation, retention and success

£37,983 per annum

 

Equality Challenge Unit (ECU) works to further and support equality and diversity for staff and students in higher education across all four nations of the UK, and colleges in Scotland.

 

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Policy Adviser. The post-holder will lead on the delivery of ECU's work on student participation, retention and success. The majority of this work relates to ECU's activity in Scotland.

 

The post will be based at ECU's London office in Lincoln's Inn Fields, but frequent travel to Scotland to deliver work and undertake stakeholder engagement will be required. Working from our Edinburgh office, with travel to London as required, may be considered dependent on the candidate.
