Hi all

When I try and run hepspec "out of the box" on sl6 I observe that two
benchmarks that run on sl5 fail to compile on sl6. These are xalancbmk
and dealII. In order to get these to compile I have to make sure the
following lines are included in linux32-gcc_cern.cfg

#####################################################################
# Portability Flags - INT
#####################################################################

483.xalancbmk=default=default=default:
CXXPORTABILITY= -DSPEC_CPU_LINUX -include cstdlib -include cstring

447.dealII=default=default=default:
CXXPORTABILITY= -DSPEC_CPU_LINUX -include cstdlib -include cstring

Does anyone else see this? It affects the hepspec result in the end.

e.g. for our 48 thread (@2.2GHz) sandybridge R820 the results go from
340 to 380 which is a 25% improvement on sl5 scores!
